Eventually, a long-term shutdown situation will cause igneous rock oil contamination in the air compressor pipeline or server, and the air compressor must be completely repaired.
1. Ensure the quality and temperature of incoming steam. Practical experience, the higher the air index around the screw air compressor, the higher the quality of the exhaust pipe and the lower the energy consumption.
2. Choose suitable grease.
3. Pay special attention to adjusting the proportion band and integration time set to minimize the sudden decrease of natural gas.
4. Immediately drain condensed water from screw air compressors, air dryers, air compressor tanks and pipeline networks.
5. If it is a water-cooled screw air compressor, it is necessary to attach great importance to the water body and temperature of the cooling circulating water, effectively cooling the circulating water sewage volume, and plan to moisturize and clean the cooling system every quarter.
